HELP!, I CAN'T LOGIN! WHY?
1. Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Cookies are time sensitive and may not work if your computer date is incorrect by a large amount.
2. Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies or that you agree to accept cookies during the login process.
3. Turn off any third party programs or control panels that automatically reject cookies.
HOW AND WHERE CAN I BUY SMS CREDITS?
Once you determine how much SMS credits you need, you can purchase SMS credits either by paying directly into our Bank account. Bank payments will roughly take 30mins if you pay in cash. Cheque payments are not credited until the cheque clears. (Unless you are a regular reseller). Please, always specify your username as the depositor when making bank payments.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE SMS. WHY?
It might be that you did not correctly type in your mobile number or the mobile number you specified has already recieved free SMS. If you intend to send Bulk and you need more free SMS to test our services first, please contact our support desk.
IN WHAT FORMAT SHOULD THE BULK TEXT FILE BE?
It must be a text file.( CSV / TXT). As long as the numbers are in a text file, and the numbers are human readable, separated from one another either by a space, comma, dot, or any other character, our application can pick them out even if they are inconsistent.
CAN I SEND SMS TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
Yes. You can send to over 400 Networks around the globe. Please see our coverage list to see if your specific country or network is covered.
